Privacy policy
What this site collects, what it does not, and who to contact.
In short
This site has no analytics tool, no advertising tracker and no tracking cookie. It builds no profile and sells no information. It stores nothing on a server: there is no database behind these pages.

The quote form
The form runs entirely in your browser. When you fill it in, the page assembles a summary on screen, then prepares an email in your mail application. You are the one who sends it. Nothing leaves your device until you press send in your mail application.
If you close the window without sending, nothing reaches us and nothing is stored anywhere.
What you send us, and why
When you write or call, you send us what you choose: your name, your contact details, a description of what needs to be moved, and the pickup and delivery points.
This information serves one purpose: to answer you, prepare your estimate, and carry out the transport if you accept it. It is used for nothing else. It is not sold, rented or traded, and it is not used for any solicitation without your agreement.
Retention and destruction
This site stores nothing. Your request arrives in the company mailbox and is kept for as long as needed to answer you, carry out the service, and then meet the legal, accounting and tax obligations that follow. It is destroyed afterwards.
You may ask at any time that your request be deleted, subject to the retention periods the law requires us to observe.
Sharing with third parties
Your information is shared with no one, except:
- a subcontractor strictly necessary to carry out the transport you requested, and only with what that subcontractor needs;
- where the law requires it, or to answer a request from a competent authority.
Your information is kept in Quebec. No transfer outside Quebec is made for requests received through this site.
External services loaded by this site
Three resources are loaded from servers we do not own. In each case your browser sends them your IP address, as it does for any external resource. None of them receives the contents of your form.
- Google Fonts — the site’s typefaces.
- OpenStreetMap — the map tiles for the service area, on the home page.
- unpkg — the library that displays that same map.
Your rights
Under Quebec law, you may:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate, incomplete or ambiguous;
- withdraw your consent to its use;
- request its deletion, within the limits set by law;
- complain about the way it is handled.
Send your request to the person named above. We answer within thirty days.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec, the supervisory authority in this area.
Changes
This policy may be amended to reflect a change in how the site works. The date below marks the latest version.
